VENICE-ITALY- COLLEGE LANGUAGE PROGRAM
3-WEEK SUMMER PROGRAM – JUNE 18-JULY 9, 2011

PROGRAM LOCATION
The program is located in the heart of Venice at the Istituto Venezia. Venice is unique; with no cars, travel is by foot and ferry. The institute is in the district of Dorsoduro, a short walk from such places as St. Marks Square and the Grand Canal, and with easy access to the train station and bus station. Although Venice itself is located on a group of islands in the Adriatic Sea, travel to other parts of Italy and the rest of Europe is quite convenient and trains and buses run frequently...

ELIGIBILITY

No previous knowledge of Italian is required. Students must be currently enrolled in college or planning to attend in the fall/spring semester.
